Doncaster Cables PV-Ultra PV-ULTRA4C6.0-100 is a 4 core multicore solar DC cable on a 100m drum with 4 x 6.0mm² Class 5 tinned copper conductors, rated to 1.5kV d.c. nominal and 57A (clipped), with cross-linked double insulation to BS EN 50618 Annex B, CarbonTek bedding and a SolarTek outer sheath, plus red and white core identification and a pre-marked LIVE DC warning; because it is a cable, wattage and IP rating are not applicable, and it supports efficient, long-life PV DC routing between modules, isolators and inverters to help reduce extra containment and repeat site work in sustainability-focused installations.
