Doncaster Cables PV-Ultra PV-ULTRA4C6.0-50 is a 4 core PV DC cable designed for internal and external runs between solar modules and PV system components such as isolators and inverters, supplied as a 50m drum with 4 x 6.0mm² Class 5 tinned copper conductors, nominal 1.5kV d.c. rating and 57A clipped current rating, using double insulated cross-linked construction to BS EN 50618 Annex B with CarbonTek bedding and SolarTek sheath; as a cable, IP rating and wattage are not applicable, and the multicore design helps reduce separate cable routes and supports longer-life, lower-waste PV installations through tidier routing and fewer joints.
