Hager VR440EV is a 4 way enclosed EV supply consumer unit featuring a 100A main switch disconnector and 40A 30mA Type A DP switch neutral RCBO (6kA), operating at 230V a.c. 50Hz with IP30 protection (door closed); built for indoor wall mounting in garages or similar premises and designed for TN-C-S and TN-S earthing to BS 7671, it supports continuous EV charging loads via a 36A assembly rating, helping reduce unnecessary rework and improve long-term efficiency by providing a dedicated, compliant protection point for EV charging installations.
