Ubbink UBIFLEX-B3-12M Ubiflex Standard is a lead-free roof flashing roll for weatherproof junctions and valley lining, supplied in black at 400mm width and 12m length with a nominal 3.5mm thickness; wattage not applicable, voltage not applicable, amperage not applicable, and IP rating not applicable. The construction uses aluminium mesh reinforced granular-coated bitumen with kraft paper and film backing, installed using Ubbink Ubiflex High Tack sealant with optional fixing clips for mortar joints, and is supported by BBA certification, BRE testing, plus fire classification of Class E to EN 13501-1 and Class B to BS 476-3:2004.
