Ubbink UBIFLEX-B3-6M is a Ubiflex Standard (B3) lead-free roof flashing roll in black, supplied as 400mm x 6m with nominal 3.5mm thickness for weatherproof junctions; wattage not applicable, voltage not applicable, amperage not applicable, and IP rating not applicable. The construction is aluminium mesh reinforced granular-coated bitumen with kraft paper and film backing, installed using Ubbink High Tack sealant and fixing clips where required, supported by BBA certified and BRE tested performance, fire classification to EN 13501-1 Class E and BS 476-3:2004 Class B, and temperature stability (in use) from -30°C to 90°C, helping reduce lead use, support recyclable material choices, and maintain durable roof sealing that can lower avoidable repair work over time.
