Next Day Delivery

Orders which only contain stocked products and are placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be sent on an express 24 hour service. Please note this will be extended to the next business day if placing an order after 2pm on a Thursday or if the next business day is a bank holiday. Our team will do our very best to ensure your order is sent the same day but please be aware on busier shopping days this may be extended by an extra day.

We stock over 2000 products at our distribution centre and many more we buy direct from suppliers, you can check each product page on our store for the most up to date ETA for your convenience. All stocked items if ordered before 2pm will be dispatched same day on a next working day service. Items with an ETA longer than Next Day Delivery will typically be ordered directly from the supplier to fulfil your order. If your order contains a mixture of in-stock and non-stocked items your order will be despatched once all items are available to be shipped.

Please note: some larger items will need to be sent on a 48 large service, which is noted on the product page.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If you're racing against the clock, we recommend calling us in advance for non-stocked items to confirm delivery timelines. For home installations, schedule your electrician only after receiving all necessary items to avoid any inconvenience.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your goods directly from our warehouse in Hastings, if you would like to arrange this please contact our team directly before placing your order.

Please note: full payment will need to be received before any collections can be made, and a day/time arranged and agreed in advance.

Operating Hours

Our warehouse team is operational from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that our store remains closed on Bank Holidays, affecting delivery timelines accordingly.

Courier Information

For real-time courier updates, click on the relevant courier link provided with your tracking number. If tracking information isn't immediately available, please check again after 5pm.

Direct Supplier Shipments

In cases where items are shipped directly from our suppliers, tracking numbers may not be available. For delivery updates, call us at 01424 231585 after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Pallet Shipments

Certain bulk items may incur pallet charges, as indicated on the product pages. Pallet deliveries are roadside only, so ensure you have adequate space for pallet truck access and offloading. You will need to be home to sign for your delivery, please check for any damage and report within 48 hours.

If you are not home when the delivery is attempted extra charges will apply.

If your order was delayed you may qualify for compensation, unfortunately you can only claim under the following circumstances:

Compensation Arrangements
Royal Mail may pay compensation to the sender or the addressee of a delayed item posted using products under this scheme where it has not delivered or attempted to deliver the item:

  • Three or more working days after the due date except where an item is redirected, using the Royal Mail Redirection Service;
  • Six or more working days after the due date for items redirected using the Royal Mail Redirection Service;
  • 24 or more hours after the due date for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® items (not posted on account);may also be eligible for substantial delay compensation if the item has not been delivered or an attempt made to deliver: 
    Seven or more working days after the due date.

Compensation Arrangements
Parcelforce will not provide compensation to our customers, only to ourselves as we purchase the deliveries. We will always endeavour to send out replacements for lost deliveries once parcelforce confirm proof of delivery cannot be provided and the parcel is marked as missing.

We do not ship Internationally currently, UK deliveries only.
