The Zaptec 900-00008 Zaptec Go is a smart AC wall charger (EVSE Mode 3) delivering 7.4 kW at 32 A on 230 VAC ±10% single-phase via an IEC 62196-2 Type 2 socket with electronic lock, built with IP54 ingress protection and IK8 impact resistance for reliable indoor and outdoor installs, and includes key safety features such as RDC-DD 6 mA DC to IEC 62955 plus integrated open PEN fault protection to BS 7671:2018 + A1:2020; install on a dedicated circuit with a max 40 A circuit breaker and use Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz or 4G LTE-M connectivity with BLE 4.2 and RFID Type A for setup and access, supported by the Zaptec App and OCPP 1.6J cloud-to-cloud integration. It helps improve sustainability and efficiency by enabling managed charging that can reduce peak demand and avoid unnecessary upgrades while keeping energy use transparent through integrated metering.
