Request a Hassle Free Return

For us to process your return you will first have to obtain a Returns Merchant Authorisation number (RMA) and have the return approved by us via email or your customer account before you return any item/s.

Please note: If you have received your order and it is missing items or has been damaged in transit you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Please provide photos of any damage as this will enable us to ensure a speedy returns process.

Faulty Goods

In the event that a product that you have purchased from develops a fault please let us know, by filling out a returns request form on our website.

Please note, you must have your returns request approved before sending your faulty goods back to us, otherwise this may delay your refund/exchange.

Once your RMA (Returns Merchant Authorisation) has been approved, you will receive an email to the email address you used when creating your account or placing your order as a guest with full instructions on how to return your items.

If you advise us of a faulty item we will send you a pre-paid label and cover the cost of the return. Once your return is approved, we will either offer a repair, replacement or return depending on the length of time the product has been used/installed.

No item can be returned without first having their RMA approved.

Unwanted Goods

If you have changed your mind about your order, and you received your products within the last 14 days you can request a return by clicking here:

  • We do not accept unwanted return requests after 14 days from the day you received your order.
  • Please ensure you include your RMA Returns info which you can print from your customer account, or from your returns approval email once your return has been approved by us.
  • We will only accept unwanted returns if the items are unused, and sealed in their undamaged original packaging.

Your Refund

Once we receive your items, we will quality check them to ensure they are in a resellable condition. If they are, we will refund your order via the payment method you originally used.

The refund will not include the original shipping cost for your order.

If items are not in a resellable condition, or packaging is damaged, we may deduct a handling charge. This could be up to 25% of the original invoiced amount from some manufacturers, this is due to them charging Green2Go for replacement packaging for their products. Please package your return items with care to reduce risk of damage in transit.

Please note that customers must return unwanted goods at their own cost using a 'signed for' courier service.
