HT Instruments PVCHECKS-PROPLUS is a PV commissioning and troubleshooting kit built around the PVCHECKs-PRO tester and supplied with SOLAR03, HT305 and PT305 for irradiance and module temperature inputs. It supports PV electrical checks with 1500V DC open-circuit voltage measurement, 40A DC short-circuit current measurement, IP40 mechanical protection, insulation testing up to 1500V DC and protective conductor continuity at 200mA, designed for efficient commissioning and verification of PV strings and combiner-box testing sequences.
For Green2Go sustainability-led installs, SOLAR03 supports 0-1400W/m² irradiance measurement with HT305, module temperature capture and tilt checks to improve the reliability of performance verification and reduce repeat visits. Reporting via WiFi or optical/USB and the Bluetooth BLE remote link helps keep test records consistent, supporting efficient servicing and lower wasted generation.
